Tapaflow.

Most spaces are flying blind.

Clubs, communities and workspaces still rely on paper sign-in sheets, outdated fob systems, or nothing at all to understand who's actually using their space.

The result: operators have no idea which members are engaged and which are about to leave. Members walk through the door and nobody recognises them. Communities lose people silently.

Do members need to download an app?
No. Members check in by tapping their phone on an NFC tag or scanning a QR code. It opens a web page. No app download, no login, no friction.
What hardware do I need?
Just NFC tags or printed QR codes, and we supply both. Place them at your entrance and you're live. No tablets, no scanners, no wiring.
How long does setup take?
Most spaces are up and running in under 10 minutes. Create your account, add your members or send them an invite link, and place your tags.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Manage multiple check-in points across different locations from a single dashboard, with location-specific permissions and reporting.
Is member data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored securely, and fully GDPR compliant. Member passes live in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, secured by Face ID or fingerprint, and can be revoked instantly. We never share or sell member information.
How does Tapaflow stop pass sharing?
Each pass is signed by Tapaflow and added to the member's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, where it's protected by the device's biometrics. Passes can't be screenshotted or forwarded, and you can revoke any pass instantly from the dashboard.
How do member rewards work?
You set the rules. Pick the milestones (e.g. 10 visits, 25 visits, 50 visits) and what each one unlocks (a free coffee, a guest pass, a milestone gift, anything you want). Tapaflow tracks every visit automatically and notifies the right members when they've earned a reward.
What kind of spaces use Tapaflow?
